Home

Whether exploring what the Mornington Peninsula has to offer or attending a function in the area, you may relax and refresh in our cosy B&B knowing it will be entirely yours. There are many attractions to exhaust even on a dull day.

Although our location in Mt. Martha is considered suburban, it has an appealing rural aspect and our quiet, treed area provides a home to a plentiful selection of bird life.
Our B&B is positioned at the rear of our home and is sectioned off from the main house to maintain your privacy with its own entrance. Once inside our front gate, you will wander through the garden and down a few steps to your private retreat. Popular Mt. Martha South Beach and Village shops are a mere 2 minute drive and our beautiful area provides pleasant strolls. For the more energetic, the local Tennis Club has a mod grass court available for hire. The Mt. Martha Golf Club with its breathtaking views is a 2 minute drive if you wish to take in a round or two.

Continental breakfast provisions are included and consist of grainy bread, a selection of cereals, milk, yoghurt, fresh fruit, diced fruit in juice packs and spreads are provided in-room for you to enjoy if desired...

The Guest Room is central to all the delights of the Mornington Peninsula. Within a short 10 minute drive you will enter our beautiful hinterland and the Wine Food Farmgate trails where you may be tempted by cellar doors, wineries, restaurants and cafes. Enjoy visiting galleries and antique shops, unwind with Hot Springs and spa experiences, visit strawberry/cherry farms, mazes, have fun horse riding and water sports. Discover wetlands and wildlife, indulge yourself with High Tea or take in a cooking class, back a winner at the races, tee off at one of the many golf courses, or take in the surroundings by choosing a sightseeing/winery tour.

There is something for everyone on the Mornington Peninsula
